Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

Book Synopsis: Mare Barrow’s world is divided by blood—those with red and those with silver. Mare and her family are lowly Reds, destined to serve the Silver Elite whose supernatural abilities make them nearly gods. One day, Mare’s world comes crushing down as she is recruited to work at the palace for the Silvers. Mare discovers that, despite her red blood, she possesses a deadly power of her own. One that threatens to destroy the balance of power. Fearful of Mare’s potential, the Silvers hide her in plain view, declaring her a long-lost Silver princess, now engaged to a Silver prince. Despite knowing that one misstep would mean her death, Mare works silently to help the Red Guard, a militant resistance group, and bring down the Silver regime. But this is a world of betrayal and lies, and Mare has entered a dangerous dance – Reds against Silvers, prince against prince, and Mare against her own heart.

To begin, anyone who has even thought of reading the book will know that it has millions of reviews and a lot of hype from the YA community, so this review will be less about what I thought personally whilst reading and more so things you should know about Red Queen.

Also, for something different, it is in flowchart format. Enjoy!

Okay so this was a test-run to see how this flowchart thing would go, but honestly I think it’s alright if we ignore how the lines dont match up. Use your imagination lmao.

That’s all from me, leave down in the comments if you think this format works for a short review or is too confusing to read.
